I used the buy their in the past and everything was fine. However recently I experienced something unbelievable. All of a sudden, they just wrote on the website that orders processed before 8/03/24 can’t be returned. The reason the matches is put under administration, whatever it means. The WhatsApp chat just repeats that, call Center is disabled… the paper in the package with the return instructions does state I have 14 days to do the return. Absolutely unbelievable, never ever will buy their something again. Just delete that app!!
