I tried to cancel an order before it shipped; given their difficulties and the cost of the item, this seemed prudent. Emails take days to be returned; they have only template responses when they finally do. If you call any of their numbers, you get "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot take your call. Please leave a message," which is laughable given that they are a store taking thousands of dollars on items on premium goods. If I didn't know any better, I would say they went out of business and are simply scamming people now before declaring bankruptcy, sticking the bill with all our credit card issuers.
