It's clear now that the craftsmanship and quality control are severely lacking. I reached out to customer service at Matches to resolve the issue and they didn't even respond. They offered no explanation or solution, leaving me stuck with a broken bag and out of pocket. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product unless you're looking for something that won't last.
