Alan started off okay, but soon proved to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional, not turning up for lessons, and not even giving any reason or notice for his absence. He also did not apologise. He did not reply to any messages or emails. There was no explanation whatsoever.
Do not be fooled by his apparent friendliness when you first talk with him.
If I could give a minus score, I would. A tutor to be avoided.
