The service from Harrogate tutors was very efficient from the moment I got in touch. They responded to my email very quickly and followed this up with a telephone call to understand the requirements. James then got in touch with a tutor who matched my sons requirements ie to undertake the ll plus. The tutor then got in touch directly with myself and the tutor completed an initial assessment. My son has being going to the tutor ever since. The tutor is a very experienced retired teacher and I am very pleased with the progress my son is making. My son also enjoys going and it is lovely to see his confidence grow. All in all I couldn’t fault the service provided by Harrogate tutors and would like to thank them for matching my son to a brilliant tutor. I would highly recommend their service.
