This company, LoadUp, was hired by a company we purchased a mattress from. LoadUp was supposed to pick up the mattress as it did not work out for us. We had scheduled the pick up to occur between noon and 4pm. We were told that he would be there at 4pm, then 730pm, then at 900pm, we were told he was going to be there "shortly". At 9:45pm, we texted the Loadup guy to tell him we were not waiting any longer and were closing our gate and going to bed. We told him we would have to reschedule. We informed the Loadup dispatcher as well. Sometime after 10:10PM, the Loadup employee illegally entered our property, either forcing himself through the gate or climbing our fence, and removed the mattress from our porch. We awoke the next morning to a text message from Loadup telling us our pickup was complete. I reported this to load up personnel and did receive a call from a representative there. They apologized profusely. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with that. Their employee trespassed our property. I do not recommend this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.
