The clothes are good quality and they look good but their customer support is terrible, especially for over seas. I live in America and I order pants from them but they were too small so i wanted to exchange them. Shipping them back to the UK would cost more then the pant did so I got into contact with their customer support team.... they are very unresponsive and it takes many messages for them to reply back. I was finally able to get to the step of getting a shipping label once I pay for the invoice for it. I paid for the invoice but its been almost a week later and I have yet to receive the label, and I have not gotten any further responses from them even when I have messaged them. I am definitely not happy
