I understand this may be something out of their control. But their exchange system to North America is an absolute train wreck. I ordered 2 pants that cost me 150, had to pay 90 dollars for shipping plus duties. They fit too small and had to exchange to a size up. They made me pay for the shipment back which was a hassle. and I had to pay duties twice again when they resent it. I paid more for shipping than the actual value of the pants themselves. Turned out to be over 150 dollars just on shipping costs alone for the exchange. Customer service was slow to respond and did nothing to help me on this insane cost. I needed these pants for work asap but it took almost 2 weeks until they shipped me back my exchange. The only positive takeaway is I am happy with the pants, even though they are made in China and not worth the hassle. There needs to be some accountability for the customer there, otherwise don't bother shipping to North America. Own up
