I’ve ordered from them before so I didn’t think that I’d have an issue. I ordered a shirt in October and it never came. I had a few things going on and I didn’t realize it for a while. I checked the FedEx shipment and it said that it was in a truck in another city in my state. It never said that the shirt was dropped off. I contacted customer service and they said that they were backed up because of the holidays but that since it had been a while that they could not issue a refund. It clearly shows on FedEx that it never arrived though. Kind of sucks so I guess I won’t be ordering from them Anymore. I’m done with ordering clothes online.
