Terrible experience in your Sahara Max store. The Philippine national in the counter was so rude when I asked him to accept cash and release me when I noticed that he keeps me waiting for more than 15 minutes. He was busy playing with 2 ladies mobile phone and even those ladies realized it’s too much to bear for any customer. They moved aside and his supervisor came in to to help me but this guy was too adamant that he should make me wait. I threw the clothes on to the desk and left. I must have spent at least 1 hour to chose what I wanted and waisted a good evening, on top of the embarrassment that I had today. This happened today around 7 pm. Pls check the camera if u have one in the store.
