I recently visited the Max Fashion store in Serampore, Hooghly, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The service was absolutely appalling. The employees displayed an astonishing level of arrogance and indifference towards customers. To make matters worse, I had to endure a humiliating 1.5-hour wait in the billing queue. It's unacceptable to keep customers waiting for such an extended period. I would have walked out of the store in frustration if it had not been an urgent purchase. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this store at all costs. The poor service and disrespectful staff make it a completely unpleasant shopping experience.
