I had a very very bad experience after purchasing from max app. I will never ever purchase from max app. Today I visited max showroom for exchange of the product purchased online due to size issue, after visiting the max mirdif showroom the store manager told I online purchase # not showing in system. I called customer service for more than 30 min. 1st I spoke with Mr. Mohammed in customer service he is also saying the same, then the call was transferred to a Filipino lady, which she introduced as manager ... she was too rude. Her behavior was like she keeps on asking the same questions n irritate me a lot. I never had such unethical behavior earlier. At last they told the courier co will come after 4 to 5 working day. Is this the way they should behave? If I was any local customer they would have done the needful. Rude n bad service by max staff.
