Guten Morgen
Habe bei ihnen 2 Schlafsäcke bestellt. Nach 3 Mal nutzen hat sich das Futter bei beiden an mehreren Stellen von der Naht gelöst. Habe zweimal ihnen bereits eine E-Mail zwecks Reklamation gesendet und ich wurde nur vertröstet, daß man sich bei mir meldet. Ist klar, daß ich nun keine gute Bewertungen abgeben kann, vielleicht meldet sich jetzt Mal jemand bei mir um das Problem zu lösen.
