Ich bin super begeistert von der Vibrationsplatte. Selbst im Fitness Studio hatte ich nicht so gute Erfolge. Nach wenigen Wochen mit 1-2 mal 10 Minuten hat sich die Muskulatur merklich verbessert und die Hosen werden immer weiter. Positive Eigenschaft: meine Fibromyalgie hat sich verbessert. Ich kann mittlerweile wieder 1 Stunde Sport machen, ohne das ich danach tagelang Muskelkater oder Schmerzen habe. Ich hab den Kauf nicht bereut.
