I took this policy last year. In the renewal policy, Misbah Hameedakhtar has been misguiding throughout the last two months. I asked him several times to provide the contact information of the person handling NRI accounts. In order to waive off the gst, he asked me for documents through whatsapp several times. He failed to produce an official document, last time he gave some email ids to send the documents. I have sent them and still no response from them. So this time, I believe Pallavi Sonawane is completely ignorant and does not know the rules of the country where I am residing. Both Misbah and Pallavi are highly incompetent. Roughly, 17,000 inr refund is due from max life. As somebody said below in a review that NRI service is horrible. The same is my experience. PALLAVI SONAWANE IS a complete fraud.
