No customer service or any contact after you’ve bought the policy. The only call you will get it to pay your premium. After paying for 6 years 3 lakhs rupees they paid me only 230000 back even though I should get 270000 according to the surrender value. It took me 5 months to surrender and I only got through someone because of Instagram. I’ve lost 70k ! And now even though I’ve complained in IRDAI still no one has contacted me. Fraud company cheating it’s users. I have no idea how the government is allowing a company like this to operate. Please read thousands of other reviews on Instagram and google to see how they’ve cheated so many people. They do not give you your money back.
