It's the worst company to work for. 1) There is so much of politics and torcher. The higher management calls Branch manager and says I want to escalate this person so give him/her a bad review and draft mail to me saying he/she is not punctual. So that higher management can remove their frustration for particular employees. 2) They torcher you by shifting you to small villages to work from that branch. 3) They doesn't give you holidays if you have leaves above 50, still they will not provide you leaves on critical days like if someone is dead or any family emergency. 4) No increment at all, after so much of torcher they will pressurize to complete target and if not done they will humiliate you in front of everyone. 5) Some of the Manager says employees to dress up properly, to girls they say do makeup and come to office.
