Placemats are of very poor quality and would not recommend anyone to purchase.
After one use edges are delaminating and moisture is seeping into the edges due to corkboard edges not being sealed enough. Contacted Maxwell and Williams and they said that they have been exposed to moisture. Only wiped over with a damp cloth for cleaning. What is the point in having placemats and coasters if they cannot withstand the purpose they are designed for. Very disappointed.
