I ordered a range of Tint teapots, cups and jugs for Christmas presents. The lids on the teapots are wobbly and do not sit well, also the charcoal range does not match in colour across the various items. I emailed IHGL to initiate the returns process and a courier was arranged. I waited all day and they didn't arrive. A second date was scheduled by IGHL and again the couriers failed to turn up. A third date was scheduled by IHGL and yet again the couriers failed to turn up, with IHGL saying that it was a 'busy time of year for DPD'. Frankly, if a company promises something they should deliver that promise. I have sent Maxwell and Williams 2 messages through their website and have had no response. I have had no further response from IHGL. VERY poor customer service. Their 'easy returns' with 'no fuss' returns policy is a farce. I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I will not be a returning customer and will steer clear of any company using DPD as a courier service.
