I was looking to replace my existing household mugs and was delighted at the range and colour you had to offer. It seems everyone has something along similar lines but I thought your range was a cut above! My experience from that point onwards changed. I subscribed for an introductory 10% off but the code never came, and I had trouble with using paypal at the checkout and had to use card as the only way I could get the next screen to appear. In the end I got an end of year promo code which was great but that isn't the point I am making. My delight at my purchase helped me to overlook this. I would also have purchased more items but they have been out of stock for a while.
