They will try anything not to give you a fair price for a phone
My husband was selling his mobile which he was quoted £125. He sent the phone and was told it had a screen burn (it did not) so they said they would only give him £25 but got it rechecked and offered £35 for it as they said it had multiple scratches on it. They allow 3 on the front and 5 on the case. It has 3 tiny scratches on the whole thing as it has been kept in a protective case whilst he owned it. Never had a problem with them before but will not be using again.
