As per my promise here is my review about my experience of using MBM Property. From the initial valuation and putting my house up for sale through to the completion of the sale I have been absolutely delighted with the service. Having met with Chris at the valuation it was very clear who I would be putting my house for sale with. His enthusiasm, knowledge and motivation was far beyond that of any of the other agents I had had round, and mixed with his utter professionalism I felt I had an easy choice to make. He ensured I presented my house correctly, (even having me move things around and tidy up where I thought it was ok but on reflection his words were indeed very wise!!), the details and photos were really good and his energy and drive was very apparent when within just one full day of marketing I was called with the news I had already got 3 viewings booked in! Better still an offer came through that afternoon from a buyer with no chain - absolutely brilliant! Thereafter the sale progressed very nicely as I had no chain either above me and I'm happy to say everything has now been concluded. What has really got me though is that Chris even made the effort to ring me over the weekend, in his own personal time, just to say thank you for the business and to wish me and my family well, a true gent!
