Needing a new waterproof jacket I chose a Ping option via the MB Performance Golf website. The order was placed for a colour of my choice and size. However the order acknowledgement showed an alternative colour picture, although the words described the chosen colour. The golf shop assistance took the trouble to ring me to check that my order was processed in the size and colour I had chosen to avoid any misunderstanding. I thought this was excellent customer service and confirmed I was happy with the order placed.
