This company will do nothing you can't do directly with your lender. They will ask you to place stop payment on ACH, making you default on all loans/advances. Then, the lenders will stack on thousands of dollars.
All this time you are sending money into escrow. When you cancel, they will keep 95% of what you paid in for legal fees
