Any positive google review has been paid for or is an employee or friend of a current employee. This company will MAKE YOU DEFAULT in order to help you. Then charge a 10k success fee. You’ll end up paying basically the same as if you never dealt with them. Here’s my advice people. Avoid these scam artists. Especially Mike Shelby. Just contact your lenders yourself work something out. And if you can’t work it out then default on your own. And reach settlement yourself. These people aren’t trained negotiators I dealt with a girl named Kendra who sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing. Not a shocker. Look at all the negative google reviews and how suddenly they have positive ones. I smell a scam
