I placed an order with these guys and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox.
I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer.
Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim.
Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded.
First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse.
This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last.
They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. Because of their garbage customer service I'll leave my review across every platform on the Internet.
