The customer service was about as good as I have seen. Not only did I get my confirmation email immediately after ordering, but also had received another 1 or 2 notices from them that day. I was continually updated on the status of my order until it arrived right on time.
The video for installing the trigger spring was spot on. It took me less than 10 to complete the job and the results were outstanding.
