Please do not place any order from MDS that is under “Arriving soon”, or better still, maybe don’t patronise them at all. Placed an order for a romper back in Aug that was stated as “Arriving soon”. In Oct I wrote to MDS asking for status update and was told that there was a delay due to COVID and stocks will only arrive on 1 Dec 2020 onwards. I told them a preorder of 4 months does not make sense to me and I was given option of changing to instock item of same value or the refund will be made in form of MDS credits. This does not make sense to me at all since almost 70% of their items are arriving soon and why am I being forced to continue patronising their store? Decided to wait awhile more because of reasons mentioned above. Come 8 Dec 2020, I still did not receive any update from MDS team. Wrote to them again to get updates and I ended up being informed that stocks are further delayed to 29 Dec 2020 and will still be subjected to even further delay for QC check or custom delay. I believe most of us here would understand if there were delays due to COVID situation. However, what is extremely frustrating is the lack of updates from them out of their own accord. Worst of all, the reply I got both times were the exact same. Word for word except for the estimated delivery date. This is extremely unprofessional IMO. I have written back to ask for full refund in my original mode of payment and will see what kind of response I receive from them. So please ladies, order at your own risk. I would suggest not.
