I ordered a meat box for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I ordered it 10 days before with a delivery date two days before the actual anniversary. My parents told me nothing arrived and they waited up until 11pm. The next day I rang the company. He told me that it had been missed off the delivery. He was very apologetic added in a Xmas card and promised to get it there on time. You don’t get judged by disaster and problems you get judged by how you respond and fix them. Hence my 5 star review. I would definitely order again. My parents said the steak was amazing
