difficult for me to comment on the actual rib of beef we had as we have never had it before so I can't make a comparison. We will not however be ordering it again, it looked magnificent, very impressive, it smelt delicious both raw and cooked, but, it was impossible to carve and contained alot of fat and didn't look attractive on the plate. It did however, taste delicious. Your service however, is superb, Jeanette has been so helpful and I will be ordering some specific cuts of meat in the New Year. So glad to have found you, but, my choice of a two rib joint of beef was the problem.
