Delivered early in the morning on the day delivery. DPD advised an hour time slot, all good.
The meat was impressive(1Kg Tomohawk steaks).
Reversed seared the meat using a smoker with Hickory wood after applying a rub. Smoker set at 107 C. About an hour to get to an internal temperature of 47 C. Finished off on BBQ for the searing. Seared until the internal temperature reached 57 C, then a 15-minute rest.
The taste and texture were excellent. Will definitely use meatbox again.
