Ordered a 2 kg rolled sirloin for Easter, and everybody loved it! The meat is very tender and full of flavour, and it roasted very well. Next time, I must remember to take it out of the oven a little bit sooner - I left it in until the thermometer showed 50 degrees, and by the time it had rested for 25 minutes, the temperature was 60 degrees, which is a little bit more done than I prefer. Suited everybody else just fine, though, and there was plenty left after 8 hungry persons had had as much as they wanted, so we are now enjoying roast beef sandwiches for our lunches!
