Hi I bought the ribs looking forward to boiled bacon ribs.
After boiling they were a horrible brown colour and disgusting.
Probably my mistake thinking they would turnout a nice reddish colour and taste lovely.As I bought two sheets of ribs.The second sheet I cooked them in the oven with a lovely sort of barbecue whisky infused source.And they were absolutely gorgeous.
