I strongly discourage anyone from using this service. I initially made a purchase on July 25th, totaling $153, with an estimated delivery time of 16-18 days. When I hadn't received my order by August 22nd, I contacted the company. They confessed that they were unable to fulfill my order but kept trying to steer me towards different services. I had zero interest in their alternatives and requested a refund. Despite my clear request, the customer service team continued to sidestep the issue for an additional two weeks. I was eventually forced to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges. Proceed with caution if considering this service.
