I've had a terrible experience with Medical Bazar. I ordered a wheelchair for my mom, but I still haven't received it.
I understand that delivery can take time, but their complete lack of communication is unacceptable. They don't answer calls or emails, and it's especially concerning when dealing with medical products.
They should understand the importance of timely delivery, as a delay can cause unnecessary suffering for the patient.
