i had a problem with MedicSpot in general. the booking times get auto-adjusted for the location you are making the booking from, but of course I had no clue this was the case as it's not indicated to be the case. impossible to change the appointment outside of working hours or less than 5 hours before the appointment, so we wasted 49 quid plus were endlessly frustrated.
