Placed an order with Medik8 on Sunday 29th December and paid for Next Day Delivery, expecting to receive it on Tuesday 31st December. When it didn't arrive I emailed to find out what was happening and got an automated email saying they were closed until the New Year. I then emailed again and asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. This was ignored and the item was sent out anyway on 2nd January - with a delivery date of 6th January. There are so may things wrong with this. First of all, it should have been made clear on the website that they were closed for the Christmas period - other companies managed to do it. Secondly, why did they accept (and charge me for) Next Day Delivery when they had no intention of honouring it? Again, other websites who were closed for Christmas either wouldn't let you add NDD or flagged up that it wouldn't be delivered next day. And, those points aside, next day delivery from 2nd Jan is not 6th Jan! This means I will not receive my parcel as I'll be back in work on 6th Jan and the courier won't let me change my delivery address. So basically I paid for next day delivery that wasn't honoured and a product I'm never going to receive.
