The charger for my Medion laptop sparked & stopped working. The laptop is still under guarantee. I requested a replacement charger on 22 December. They eventually responded that there had been an 'outage' hence the delay. After I rang to enquire why it had not arrived they said to allow a further 10 days for delivery of the replacement. Today is the 10th day - having waited 19 days in total since I reported the fault - the charger has still not been delivered. I have now rang 3 times to no avail. Customer service seems to be non-existent & searching the website for relevant contact details has proved impossible. The laptop was purchased from EBuyer whose customer service is brilliant. It is unfortunate that Medion is seriously letting them down.
