We use the box to help my mother take her meds at the correct time and only the correct meds at the correct time and the box does its job admirably. AMAZING customer service, I always get a human quickly. One thing that is a problem is that often the system will send me a warning that's not in sync with the actual box, so it'll tell me on Sunday morning that the Tues. eve cup has been taken out, when it has not. Previous versions didn't account for daylight savings, but they since upgraded our model and I think that's corrected the problem. I do have to fill it every week and have yet to find a pharmacist who knows how to do a whole tray refill, but I live in a smaller rural town. City dwellers may have more luck.
