Scott and Kai attended promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. As the problem concerned the main drainage to all the houses in my street they recommended I contact Southern Water.
They did not charge for their attendance and were very professional in their dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough and applaud their honesty and integrity. In this day and age it is reassuring to know that there are still some companies you can trust and rely on.
