I started trading years ago but only recently joined MelbourneFX. After setting up an account, I was immediately assigned an account manager and received a phone call from him. He was kind and started with a few questions, asked about my previous experience, and began explaining the current state of the market. Once ending the phone call with Michael, I concluded that he is very knowledgeable in cryptocurrency and the market. Although I wasn’t able to trust them fully yet with my assets, I held back from making trades. I need to feel the firm out and only trade when I feel fully ready. Thankfully, Michael was understanding of that and never pressured me. His patience and professionalism have made me feel more comfortable with the platform.
