I am rating 5 stars for the exceptional customer support and efficiency in dealing with the order. There was a minor QC issue in the watch that arrived. Upon contacting the support email, Sujain the Managing Director very quickly sent me a replacement and return postage to swap. In the end, I am a happy customer because firstly; I wasn't disappointed with the customer support as they are very quick to respond and secondly; The watch itself is of good quality. Product review for Lonsdale: The watch is well made and sits very well on my wrist. The box packaging was nice, although I think a little too bulky. The leather strap looks expensive and features quick release pins for quick strap changes. Can't go wrong with its Seiko Automatic movement. It was well pieced together and everything aligned well.
