Everything was A-plus. The desired watch wasn't in stock - the CEO gave me a hint that a couple pieces will be made in a few days and that I should be on the lookout. The mailing was "delayed" a bit because of the time of order and the fact that we live in the opposite sides of the world - I got exceptional and continous info regarding that and even an extra gift from the CEM. The watch arrived with no hiccups and really is one of the most beautiful pieces I've ever seen, handled or owned. Would recommend MWC to anyone. Thank you!
