The purchasing experience was very good easy and quick and the coffee filter machine was very good value, the previous two machine we had the glass jug was very fragile and both of them broke in a short space of time this glass jug seems slightly more substantial so hopefully should last. A couple of negatives the qty of cups markings on both the jug and the water container on the unit are very difficult to see, the design of the unit makes it fiddly to get the filters in removing the filter holder is simple but in my experience if this is done to frequently it is likely to break.
