Excellent service from the start!
The Melitta team responded extremely quickly to emails enquiring about warrantees to how and when delivery would take place. Delivery was very swift to the relief of the coffee deprived staff in our school! Coffee machine itself was easy to set up and use as all fully automatic, best of all the coffee tastes very good. Also easy to clean. Thumbs up all round so far.
