So pleased with this machine, our previous office coffee machine was a Sage Oracle that cost fair amount and continued to cost every year due to the milk wand assembly being faulty. It made good coffee but was a phaf! This machine however, produces coffee on par with the Oracle with the added benefit of a programmable personalised coffee option, less juggling with a portafilter and milk jug, easier cleaning and a fool proof coffee delivery system! PLUS we get a 1 year warrantee with it for an office whereas, Sage don't cover their machines in a commercial environment! 1 very minor downside, you cannot change the temperature of the milk which can make a milk based drink a bit cool, this obvs can be rectified easily by shoving it in the micro. Overall I would choose this machine over the Oracle not just because of the warrantee but it makes really good coffee! We love it!
