I ordered 3 beautiful mirrors for my hallway, they arrived in quick time and were lovely. Although the mirrors were not suitable for my space, the customer service from this company has been 2nd to none. I was able to chat to someone straight away on their chat service. Out of hours emails were answered and I was kept up to date on them dealing with my request to return. I was amazed to hear I could return free of charge as they would send a currier. This was amazing service. I just waited in for a few hours and they were returned and money refunded once they received them back at their warehouse. Couldn't recommend therm enough. I will be returning. Many other bigger companies could learn a lesson from this family business putting customers 1st and going the extra mile to please. Great way to treat a customer and ensure they return.
