DO NOT buy from them. They sent two wrong urns to me. Without finding out what happened, they assumed that our urns went to the other family and told us so. Turned out that the other family never received our urns. They informed me that the urns would be picked up in 1-2 days. Then I found out that they failed to follow through with their supplier twice in the process and no pickup was ever scheduled. My brother ended up having to contact the supplier himself and arranged the return. I knew about their communication with the supplier because I also spoke to the supplier directly. Per FTC, it is illegal for Memorial Urns to request payment for these unordered merchandise but they unlawfully threatened to charge me or my brother if we do not return the urns while they did nothing to make the return possible. The supplier did not charge Memorial Urns or anyone for those wrong urns. For Memorial Urns to claim that they were going to take the loss was a 100% LIE. They were going to take extra profit for their supplier's mistake!! Their customer service included hanging up on us and telling us "I did the best I could, what do you want me to do?" Obviously, I want result, a way to return the urns (even when I am under no legal obligation to do so). Their "best I could do" was to send one email to the manufacturer, then failed to follow through, made a threat for illegal charge and left the rest for us to work out. Now they just blamed it all on their supplier when their supplier was prompt, efficient and courteous. The supplier was the one who got the job done.
