Amazing customer service! I ordered an urn to arrive prior to my grandmothers service and when I received a different design, I was in a bit of a panic. I have to say that it was a simple mistake and I ordered a farm scene with cows (she owned and operated a family dairy farm) and received a farm scene with a tractor. I immediately emailed the customer service department and Vaughn responded within the hour and informed me that he'd see what he could do to get me the correct one on time. I received a callback within an hour and he had worked it out and it arrived the day before the service. I am so very appreciative that we could have the urn for the memorial and my family absolutely loved it. The handiwork is beautiful and I know my grandmother would've loved it. Thank you, Vaughn for making an extremely difficult and sad time easier.
