not knowing your hours o f business , i called after hours and took note of the hours the next am before I had time to call a nice lady called and ask if she could help me. I asked if I could order over the phone with my credit card, she said yes I gave her my order and 3 days later it was at my door in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with the urn itself and also the ease of ordering and receiving and the shipping was free. When I took it to have my husbands ashes put in the mortuary was very impressed with the quality. They had nothing like it which was why I had to go online.
